Job Description

Responsable de tienda con experiencia en el sector alimentario. Buscamos a una persona proactiva para gestionar el día a día de un establecimiento en Cardedeu.

Las responsabilidades principales incluirán guiar y animar al equipo, asegurando una excelente organización de la tienda, desde la calidad de los productos hasta la exposición y el orden general. También se encargará de la planificación de horarios y la asignación de tareas del personal.

Además, se requerirá hacer un seguimiento de las ventas y los objetivos, analizando los resultados comerciales para identificar oportunidades de mejora e implementar estrategias. Se ofrecerá apoyo en la gestión del almacén, incluyendo el manejo de productos en cámaras frigoríficas. La jornada es completa, de 40 horas semanales, con turnos rotativos de lunes a domingo en horario de 07:00h a 21:30h.

Experiencia previa en un puesto similar.
