Estamos buscando un encargado /a de tienda. Motivado para supervisar y dirigir a nuestro equipo de tienda de Málaga.

Serás la persona responsable de garantizar el mejor servicio al cliente junto al equipo de vendedores.

Responsabilidades:

Supervisar y dirigir el equipo de ventas, contratación, capacitación y programación de empleados.
Atención al cliente, manejar consultas, quejas y problema de los clientes.
Gestionar el inventario de los productos, monitorear las existencias y coordinar con la administración.
Coordinar la presentación visual de los productos para maximizar la atención y la compra.
Establecer metas de ventas y superar los objetivos.
Proporcionar capacitación continua a los empleados.
Supervisar las transacciones de caja y gestionar el efectivo.
Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado para poder ofrecer un asesoramiento adecuado al cliente.
Asegurarse de que la tienda esté limpia y ordenada
Garantizar que la tienda cumpla con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa.
