The Impact You’ll Make

The Data Labeling Enablement Manager owns the end-to-end enablement system for Human-in-the-Loop operations. This role designs, institutionalizes, and continuously improves training, feedback, certification, and performance alignment mechanisms across labeling teams. This is not an HR role and not a content-only training role. Success is defined by measurable improvements in quality, consistency, ramp speed, and operational performance across regions.

What You’ll Own & Drive

1) Training Architecture

• Design and maintain the full onboarding and training curriculum for labelers

• Create structured training tracks by domain (fraud, ML readiness, templates, etc.)

• Ensure training content evolves alongside ontology and ML changes

2) Certification Programs

• Build and manage certification frameworks for all labelers

• Define re-certification triggers and performance thresholds

• Standardize skill levels and qualification requirements

3) Feedback Systems

• Design structured QA-to-feedback loops tied directly to measurable outcomes

• Ensure feedback is timely, actionable, and behavior-changing

• Provide regional coordinators with clear visibility into performance drivers

4) Incentive & Bonus Schema

• Design the initial bonus and incentive structure for labelers

• Align incentives with quality, consistency, and efficiency goals

• Monitor and iterate incentive impact to prevent unintended behavior

5) Performance Visibility & Governance

• Define performance KPIs across training, certification, and QA

• Identify systemic performance gaps early

• Partner with Analytics to measure enablement effectiveness

6) Documentation & Resources

• Own and maintain operational playbooks for consistent execution across regions

• Create and maintain labeler resources (guidelines, references, and other enablement materials)

• Ensure documentation stays current as ontologies, tooling, and processes evolve

Your Background

• Experience building structured training or QA programs in ops-heavy environments

• Strong systems thinker (not just facilitator or trainer)

• Comfortable designing frameworks from scratch

• Comfortable designing incentive structures and understanding behavioral impact

• Data-literate and comfortable working with metrics

• Clear communicator able to influence without formal authority

• Execution-oriented with strong documentation discipline
