Job Description

• Collaborates with clinical informatics teams and business analysts to analyze requirements and functional specifications to design clinical documents.
• Builds and maintains configuration items and clinical templates, including order forms, flowsheets, and logic controls.
• Supports the technical build phase and collaborates with stakeholders on the feasibility or limitations of requested system enhancements.
• Manages routine service maintenance items such as catalog updates, pharmacy items, and location changes.
• Supports system testing by troubleshooting technical issues and resolving bugs related to developed items.
• Ensures version control and proper documentation of all changes to maintain process integrity and audit readiness.
• Assists in production environment deployments and ensures a successful go-live following established change management protocols.
• Reports to the leadership of the configuration and technical services section.
