CCG Talent Management is a business solutions company. We provide business consulting and talent placement services.  Our team understands the principles of connecting purpose to business and career placement. The Talent Management Division is currently seeking a Employment Litigation Associate.

CCG is excited to welcome qualified applicants with at least 3-5 years of experience in management-side employment litigation and counseling. As an associate in our group, you will advise cutting-edge clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 companies in the technology, life science, green energy, and cleantech space, including:

• • Interfacing directly with clients to provide mission-critical advice on all aspects of employment law, including hiring, leaves of absence, internal investigations, terminations, trade secret protection, restrictive covenants, and various employee mobility issues;
• Drafting and reviewing employment policies, executive agreements, separation agreements, and other key employment documents
• Advocating for clients in employment-related disputes before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and arbitral panels;
• Working with and assisting other team members on multi-jurisdictional disputes and matters; and
• Assisting and advising on various employment-related matters in mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and other corporate transactions, gaining valuable cross-disciplinary experience.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience management-side employment litigation and counseling.
• Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills required.

 

• Salary range of $260,000 - $365,000, based on year classification.
