What are we looking for:

We are looking for an Employer Success Manager who can work with our inbound employer requests and convert them to get successfully launched on our platform.

Who we are:

UAtalents is a platform that helps Ukrainians displaced due to the war find job opportunities with European and companies worldwide.

We have launched on 7th of March with Meta, Zalando, Flixbus, Bolt, Gorillas and a group of Vs as partners and landed 16K jobs, 25K applicants and got 2.5M page views, c.50K job applications and estimate to have gotten 5K+ applicants to screening interviews with c.500 hired.

We are a highly mission-driven organization with a strong social impact.

Must have requirements

Your qualifications: 1. 3+ years of experience in B2B sales 2. EU/US markets traction is a must 3. 1+ years of experience in SDR/BDR roles 4. Knowledge of email/linkedin outreach techniques and tools

Nice to have requirements

Nice to have: 5. Experience within Tech products 6. Traction in DACH region 7. Any knowledge of German
