We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial Business Development professional to build and scale employer partnerships from the ground up. This role is focused on creating opportunities for skilled talent by connecting businesses across global markets with emerging workforce solutions. You will take ownership of building employer relationships, driving strategic partnerships, and creating new revenue opportunities across internships, projects, placements, and long-term collaborations.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage companies across multiple markets to build strategic hiring and partnership opportunities.
• Develop employer relationships through networking, direct outreach, events, and community engagement.
• Own the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting and nurturing to negotiation and closure.
• Drive business development initiatives across internships, project collaborations, full-time placements, and institutional partnerships.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term engagement with employer partners.
• Create and manage structured employer requirements including role expectations, skill demands, compensation, and engagement terms.
• Organize and support employer-facing webinars, networking initiatives, and partnership events.
• Expand into new markets by identifying opportunities and executing growth strategies.
• Gather industry insights, hiring trends, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align talent development initiatives with employer requirements and market demand.
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or employer engagement roles.
• Strong track record of generating revenue, closing deals, and building business relationships independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create opportunities from scratch.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven professional who can work with minimal supervision and thrive in ambiguity.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across diverse cultures and markets.
• Persistent and outcome-oriented approach with a strong focus on closures and long-term partnerships.
• Experience in international business development, talent partnerships, or placement ecosystems is an added advantage.
