• Support employer branding events from concept to execution
• Design visuals, layouts, and other brand collaterals
• Create, edit, and manage social media content for TikTok and LinkedIn
• Write and proofread creative copy for captions and promotional materials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for ongoing projects, activations, and partnerships

• Undergraduate student (preferably with no remaining classes)
• Experience in handling events and partnerships
• Experience in content creation and social media management
• Up to date with social media trends
• Understanding of content performance and engagement metrics for reporting
• Skilled in Canva and CapCut; strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis is a plus
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and copywriting skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
• A proactive team player with a positive learning attitude

Note: Portfolio in social media content and/or design is required

• Full-time paid internship
