Your role at Hostinger

As an Mid-Senior Employer Branding Manager at Hostinger, you will fully own and elevate how the world perceives us as an employer.

This is a role for builders, challengers, and storytellers — someone who sees the bigger picture, sets the direction, and drives real impact. You will shape strategy, manage complex projects, and bring bold ideas to life across global markets.

Your day-to-day:
• Own and lead employer branding strategy and campaigns end-to-end, ensuring measurable results

• Build and scale strategic partnerships with external organizations, communities, universities, and industry networks to expand our reach and attract top talent

• Take our employee ambassadorship program to the next level, enabling employees to become authentic voices of Hostinger’s culture and values

• Identify and evaluate top local and international conferences, pitch speaking opportunities, and support our speakers end-to-end — from preparation to delivery

• Represent Hostinger across events, webinars, and other engagement channels

• Use data, research, and insights to continuously refine strategy and unlock new growth opportunities

• Manage and continuously improve our presence across social media and employer reputation platforms, including LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed, and our career page

• Own budgets and resources, ensuring high-impact and efficient execution


Your skills and experience:
• 5+ years of experience in employer branding, ideally in-house

• Proven ability to define strategy and lead initiatives — not just execute tasks

• Track record of delivering impactful employer branding campaigns from concept to launch

• Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels in a fast-paced environment

• Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Marketing, Communications, and Leadership

• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• High ownership mindset with strong storytelling, presentation, and influencing skills

• Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools and platforms to drive results

• A bold, creative thinker who thrives on unconventional ideas and is ready to challenge the norm to make our employer brand stand out

Compensation:
Gross salary starting from 3500-4700 EUR/month (depending on your experience).
