Role Purpose
Own and lead Integrant’s Employer Branding and Talent Communications strategy in Egypt, ensuring a credible, trust-based, and long-term employer reputation that supports senior and niche technical hiring. This role focuses on embedding the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) consistently across all talent-facing touchpoints through authentic storytelling, strategic partnerships, and strong internal alignment.
Define & Lead Employer Brand Strategy
• Own the design, articulation, and evolution of Integrant’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for the Egyptian market.
• Translate company culture, values, and long-term employee experience into a clear, consistent employer brand narrative.
• Ensure employer branding efforts are aligned with Integrant’s hiring strategy, business priorities, and organizational maturity.
• Act as the single point of ownership for employer brand direction across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Marketing.
Manage Employer Brand Communications & Channels
• Lead Integrant’s employer brand presence across all key talent-facing platforms, with a strong focus on:
• LinkedIn (primary channel)
• Career pages
• Employer review platforms (e.g. Glassdoor)
• Ensure consistent, credible, and experience-backed messaging across all content and communication touchpoints.
• Develop structured content plans that support ongoing hiring needs, brand awareness, and reputation building.
Drive Strategic Storytelling & Content Initiatives
• Design and execute storytelling initiatives centered on:
• Long-term employee journeys and career growth
• Engineering excellence and complex, meaningful projects
• Learning, leadership, and ownership culture
• Shift employer branding away from hype-driven messaging toward trust, depth, and real employee experience.
• Enable leaders and engineers to participate in storytelling through structured ambassador and advocacy programs.
Enable Talent Attraction & Recruitment Branding
• Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to support role-specific branding, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.
• Ensure employer branding directly supports the attraction of senior, niche, and hard-to-hire technical profiles.
• Strengthen candidate experience by aligning messaging before, during, and after the hiring journey.
Build Internal & External Brand Ambassadorship
• Build and nurture internal ambassador networks across engineers, leaders, and long-tenured employees.
• Establish and manage selective external partnerships (events, platforms, content partners) that reinforce credibility and visibility.
• Ensure all partnerships and initiatives remain focused, lean, and aligned with long-term employer brand goals.
Measure, Monitor & Evolve Employer Brand Impact
• Track employer brand perception, engagement, and sentiment across platforms and candidate touchpoints.
• Identify gaps between internal reality and external perception and proactively address them.
• Use data and feedback to continuously refine employer branding strategies and initiatives.
• Manage Company & HR Events
• Plan and execute events that highlight the organization’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
• Ensure events reinforce the company culture and brand identity.
• Drive Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Develop and implement engagement plans and activities to foster a positive, inclusive, and “employer of choice” work environment.
• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve strategies.
• Build Strategic Partnerships
• Establish collaborations and formal agreements with top universities and relevant vendors.
• Leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility, strengthen word-of-mouth reputation, and create a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Proven experience building or evolving employer brand strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the Egyptian tech and engineering talent market.
• Excellent written communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and leadership.
