What You Will Do

• Lead a multi-level, multi-functional ER organization with strategic influence across regions for Coupang Rocket Fulfillment Center.

• Set the technical and performance bar for ER practices and compliance standards.

• Design and implement company-wide ER strategies, including risk governance and labor-management stability.

• Drive simplification and process improvement while managing complex, high-stakes ER issues.

• Establish contingency plans and lead proactive risk management to protect organizational integrity.

• Mentor senior leaders and develop successors for critical ER roles.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, law, or related field, 12+ years of HR experience with extensive ER leadership exposure.

• Expertise in global labor laws, risk management, and ER governance.

• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and shape ER strategy across multiple geographies.

• Exceptional judgment, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
