Employee Referral

Hello!
Here at BA Sciences we have an amazing employee referral program. We encourage all of our employees to refer great workers, like themselves, to join our team! There are two ways to move forward with this process depending on if you are a BA employee or not. Please follow the instructions carefully:

1. If you are a current BA employee referring a friend:

Please submit your friends name, where they are located, contact info, resume, salary expectations, any other helpful information.

Please select your source type as "Employee Referral"

At the bottom of the application, place your name in the text box, answering "Who referred you to this position?"

(You can also send them a link to this Employee Referral" post, where they can apply themselves!)

2. If you are not a current BA employee, but are interested in working with us:

Please submit your application as you normally would to this posting

Please select your source type as "Employee Referral"

At the bottom of the application, place your friend/colleague's name in the text box, answering "Who referred you to this position?"
