Backoffice Executive-Capture the details of the Bill of Lading in the system, Should have excellent communication skill in English and must have good proficiency in Email Writing skills. Should follow the instructions as mentioned in the Process Manual. Self-learning skills. Deliver the goals and targets as per defined KPI's. Follow the company policies and procedures under the guidelines aligned by supervisor and manager.Should have a minimum typing speed of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy. Basic computer Knowledge required. Ability of self-learning on live job. Eye for Detail. Willingness to work in Night Shifts or odd shifts/ weekends and under high stress and pressure. Chat Support- Candidate should have good communication skill, Should be good at customer services, Should have a typing speed of minimum 30 WPM, Should be flexible with WO and shifts, Experience in webchat will be preferred, Should be a multitasker, should be a team player and should have a knowledge of MS office
