Your mission:
Headset on?! Applicant tracking system open?! Let's go! As an HR/Recruiting employee (m/f/d), you will manage the recruiting process from A to Z: You will coordinate requirement profiles with the departments, formulate job advertisements, and ensure that they end up where the talent is. You will review applications with a clear eye, conduct telephone interviews and structured conversations, and coordinate the next steps. In sourcing mode, you will search for suitable profiles, actively approach candidates, and build a talent pool. In addition, you will keep your pipeline clean, document in the ATS, and prepare contract documents in coordination with HR and the department. From initial contact to onboarding, you will ensure a candidate experience that sticks.


Your profile:
Do you have a degree in human resources, business administration, or business psychology, or commercial training with an HR background? Perfect. You have some experience in recruiting or HR and enjoy bringing people and jobs together. Your communication style is clear, respectful, and engaging—both on the phone and in interviews. You work in a structured manner, keep track of multiple vacancies, and handle sensitive data discreetly. Active sourcing is not a foreign concept to you, and ideally you have already worked with an ATS. Do your colleagues sometimes call you a talent magnet or people scout? • You have (initial) experience in recruiting or HR
• You demonstrate confidence when talking to talented individuals and specialist departments.
• You have a structured and independent way of working
• You have good time management skills, even when dealing with multiple vacancies at the same time
• You have strong communication skills in German (spoken/written) and a good command of English
• You are discreet, empathetic, and service-oriented
