Job Summary:
The Employee Health Partner is responsible for supporting the health, wellness, and overall well-being of employees. This role provides first-aid assistance, basic medical guidance, wellness monitoring, and support during medical concerns arising in the workplace. The position ensures timely response to employee health needs, maintains accurate wellness records, and contributes to a safe and supportive office environment.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor and address employee health concerns such as minor illnesses, injuries, fatigue, stress, and workplace wellness inquiries.
• Maintain confidential medical records, first-aid logs, and relevant wellness documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, emergency services, insurance providers, and external healthcare partners when necessary.
• Ensure readiness and maintenance of office health facilities, including first-aid kits, wellness rooms, and emergency supplies.
• Assist HR in planning and executing employee wellness campaigns, training sessions, vaccination drives, and health awareness initiatives.
• Educate employees on preventive health practices, ergonomics, and workplace wellness.
• Support employees with special health-related requirements in collaboration with the HR team.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and follow established emergency protocols.
• Promote a healthy workplace culture by encouraging early reporting of health concerns and adherence to wellness practices.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of first-aid procedures and basic medical care.
• High level of empathy, patience, and ability to handle employee concerns professionally.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.
• Strong record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with HR and administrative teams.
• Discretion and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Experience:
• 4 to 5 years of experience
• Experience providing primary medical care, first-aid, or employee wellness support is preferred.
Education/Qualification:
• MBBS with completed House Job.
• Certification in First Aid or Basic Life Support (BLS) is an advantage.
