The Employee Engagement will support the team in the delivery of a range of internal communication initiatives and engagement campaigns to help improve our people’s awareness, understanding and engagement with the organization. Duties & Responsibilities:
Creates, manages, and executes communication and employee engagement strategies and tactics in support of business objectives.
Demonstrates and applies advanced knowledge of communications principles and methodologies.
Counsels and collaborates with business leaders and stakeholders, to execute strategies/plans that meet business needs.
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Develops effective messaging strategies to support the needs of the business in conjunction with internal and/or external resources.
Demonstrates and applies knowledge of communication and engagement measurement against objectives and deliverables.
Possesses strong written and verbal communications skills.
Develops, formats, reviews, compiles, and communicates newsletters, media boards, and other company related news and updates.
Handles companywide events in accordance to calendar of activities such as quarterly town hall, yearend party, and other onsite events.
Works together with procurement team and stakeholders regarding planning, reviewing, and finalizing company events and ensure that it is within the company brand and budget.
Ensure pre and post surveys are completed.
Works together with the Company’s Internal Engagement Team and ensures that all initiatives are within branding and execution is delivered in as seamless manner.
Serves as branding specialist ensuring adherence to the standard and provides proper guidance and messaging alignment functions.
Functions as the person in-charge in the Corporate Social Responsibility, Living of Values, and Tenure Awardees in alignment with the Company’s Core Value.
Other Ad hoc tasks as required by the Management.
Qualifications:
At least 2 - 4 years’ experience (individual contributor)
With experience in Canva or photoshop (basic).
Willing to work onsite with flexible working schedule (amenable to work weekends, holidays, and./or as needed).
