THE ROLE:
As an Employee Engagement Manager, APJ, you will play a key role in delivering regional employee experience initiatives that reinforce Everpure’s culture and values. This role requires a collaborative and creative problem-solver with strong project management skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity, and a solid understanding of how to create meaningful employee experiences. You will be responsible for executing high-impact regional programs and events while partnering with stakeholders to support engagement efforts across the region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Support the design and execution of regional employee experience initiatives aligned with company objectives, helping foster a strong sense of culture, belonging, and community.
• Support the facilitation, delivery, and administration of weekly new hire orientation in the APJ region.
• Serve as a key regional point of contact for employee engagement in APJ, partnering with Employee Experience Champions to share best practices and drive local impact.
• Partner with HR and cross-functional leaders to execute user-centric employee experience programs (e.g., digital, in-person, and remote) that resonate within the region and inform broader global efforts.
• Collaborate with site leaders across APJ to enhance regional engagement and implement standardized rituals around team building, recognition, onboarding, and milestones aligned to the People Promise Team pillar.
• Coordinate delivery of employee events to ensure a high-quality experience at the Bangalore office, including vendor coordination, logistics, communications, and on-site execution, in partnership with the Chief of Staff and Facilities.
• Support the administration of the annual global engagement survey process, including coordination, data analysis, and preparation of insights for leadership review.
• Contribute to the development of manager enablement tools in partnership with the Talent Transformation team to enhance the employee experience.
• Help monitor and support activation of Everpure’s global response strategy, including contributing to employer brand advocacy efforts on review platforms.
• Analyze feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements to employee experience initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and track budget utilization to ensure effective and efficient program delivery.
WHAT YOU BRING:
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Event Planning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, internal communications, employee experience, event planning, or relevant experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality programs.
• Working knowledge of best practices in employee engagement and internal events, with the ability to apply them effectively in a regional or functional context.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver against timelines.
• Proven ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to managers and contributing to discussions with senior stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-informed, with the ability to interpret feedback and engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Experience supporting budget tracking and managing vendor relationships to ensure successful program execution.Flexibility during peak planning periods and on event days, including occasional early mornings, evenings, or longer hours to ensure successful event delivery.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 11.34 kg as needed.
• We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
