💰 Pay: £45K  £50K Depending on Experience.

📅 Hours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid) Onsite Presence across multiple sites is required. Regular Travel to: Reading, Slough, Cardiff & Newport.

Are you passionate about building strong employee relationships and driving engagement strategies?

As an Employee Engagement Lead (Account Dedicated) , you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our HR and People Strategy with business objectives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and driving engagement among our security teams within one of our largest accounts.

This highly visible role is about more than just managing relationships, it’s about identifying risks early, spotting behavioral patterns, and uncovering root causes to deliver real-time insights to the client. As the Employee Engagement Lead (Account Dedicated) you will connect site culture with practical outcomes, ensuring alignment with mission goals, and act as the pre-escalation point to prevent ER cases and service delivery issues. What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with HR Business Partners, Advisors, and Generalists to ensure alignment with HR and People Strategy.
• Analyse and review employee survey data, providing actionable insights and facilitating site-based improvement plans.
• Develop and deliver tailored engagement strategies for each account business unit to boost morale and productivity.
• Champion positive union engagement, fostering constructive relationships between account management and union officials.
• Design and deliver training sessions for account teams to promote employee engagement and best practices.
• Create and distribute monthly employee engagement communications to keep teams informed and motivated.
• Support manpower planning and resourcing activities to ensure operational efficiency.
• Analyse retention statistics within business units and implement corrective measures to improve employee retention.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to account management teams, empowering them to take ownership of engagement initiatives.
• Lead the development and implementation of new and existing HR policies, including industrial relations strategies.
• Drive a culture of reward and recognition across account teams, ensuring achievements are celebrated.
• Identify and track clear, measurable KPIs and objectives aligned with HR goals and business requirements.
• Deliver training on employee engagement and succession planning to support career development.
• Maintain open communication channels, recognise achievements, and strengthen the Securitas community.
• Implement new working methods in partnership with the wider HR team to support continuous improvement and enhance customer experience.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in HR or employee engagement roles. (CIPD L5 Desirable)
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to analyse data and implement strategic action plans.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to provide a 5 year employment history and cover any gaps where appropriate.
• Right to Work in the UK.
