Das sind wir::
Wir sind eine familiäre Praxis mit fünf behandelnden Zahnärzt*innen in der ein kollegiales Miteinander und Teamarbeit großgeschrieben werden. Bei uns wird das gesamte Spektrum der Zahnheilkunde abgedeckt. Die Arbeit ist volldigital, wir arbeiten mit modernster Zahntechnik und Anwendungen wie z. B. digitaler Anamnese. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle, sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit. Bei uns sollen sich alle wohlfühlen :-).

Aufgaben::
• Erste Ansprechperson für unsere Neu- und Stammpatient*innen

• Telefonische und persönliche Terminvergabe und Patientenkommunikation

• Verantwortung für das Patientenmanagement mithilfe unserer Praxissoftware Charly Solutio

• Eigenständige Organisation und Vereinbarung der Folgetermine (Recall - System)

• Terminierung der Heil- und Kostenpläne

Qualifikation::
• Relevante Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption, bestenfalls im zahnmedizinischen Bereich

• Freundliches Auftreten und professionelle Kommunikation im Umgang mit Patient*innen

• Sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

• Fähigkeit auch in fordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten

• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
