Who will I be working with? In support of Inflow's contract with the Government, you will be working alongside Government civilians and other Government contractors and instructors.
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance.

What will I be doing? Using your expertise in engineering and analysis, you will be providing support for various functions of AFGSC's ICBM, helicopter, and security operations programs. In addition, you will:
Conduct analysis/develop briefings on ICBM employment
Conduct detailed review of new or changed publications for impact on crew procedures and advise appropriate offices so any affected crewmember documents/materials can be updated
Prepare and assist with meeting announcements, milestones/schedules, agenda, presentation materials, minutes, action items and meeting logistics
Provide technical review and on-site expertise for 20 AF document production
Provide analytical expertise to AFGSC for computation of the ICBM Force Commit for AFGSC/CC submission to USSTRATCOM
Conduct analysis of national level EAP direction and assess impact on ICBM crew procedure timelines
Develop and assist with administering EAP Timing Studies for new/modified ICBM crew procedures
Coordinate/monitor development, acquisition, and implementation of ICBM operational hardware/software
Provide expertise in other significant war fighting issues requiring mathematical or engineering support
Provide expertise in the development, review, and testing of revised ICBM Command, Control, and Communications procedures
Draft and coordinate responses as required to EWO Guidance and Clarification memorandums received from subordinate units
Monitor and operate AFGSC’s Missile EWO Procedures (MEP) trainer
Review briefings, papers, reports, memorandums and documentation from internal and external DoD agencies for ICBM/EWO equity or impact
Design, draft, write, program, test, and administer simulator scripts
Provide briefings, papers, reports, memorandums and other documentation
Draft and support production of AFGSCIs, checklists, and other documents
Provide other technical, administrative and programmatic support as directed
Other duties as assigned
What experience, training, and education do I need?
You must meet the minimum requirements:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
10 years ICBM Operations experience is desired
10 years Emergency War Order (EWO) experience is desired
7 years headquarters (MAJCOM, NAF) staff experience is desired
Able to travel, as required
