Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Compensation Details:

• Base Pay: $27.72 – $39.60/hr (based on experience)

• 5+ years: $33/hr

• 10+ years: $36.30/hr

• 15+ years: $39.60/hr

• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case basis)

• Shifts: Flexible scheduling available

As an ER RN, you’ll play a critical role in delivering life-saving care across a wide range of patient conditions. You’ll be expected to assess, triage, and respond to emergencies while maintaining professionalism and compassion under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, timely care for patients of all ages

• Perform triage, assessments, and initiate treatments for a variety of emergencies

• Coordinate care with physicians, labs, imaging, and other units

• Develop individualized treatment plans and adjust as patient conditions evolve

• Educate patients and families on follow-up care and necessary resources

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience

• Education: Associate Degree or RN Diploma required (BSN preferred)

• Licensure: Active RN license in Florida or compact/multistate license (must obtain FL license if not already held)

• Certifications:

• BLS – Required before start

• ACLS & PALS – Required within 90 days of hire

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
