Pay Range: $32.33 – $48.50/hour (based on experience)

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (with 2-year commitment)

Relocation Assistance: Up to $1,500

Shift Options: Days, Evenings, Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. In this fast-paced environment, you will treat a wide range of patients, from minor injuries to critically ill cases. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team while advancing your clinical skills and making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and provide care to patients across all age groups.

• Manage multiple cases while prioritizing care based on acuity.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and coordinate patient care plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records.

• Maintain focus on patient safety and delivering a positive care experience.

• Education: Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing (required); BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred.

• Licensure: Active RN license in Virginia or compact RN license with Virginia eligibility.

• Certifications: BLS (AHA) required.

• Experience: At least 1 year of ER RN experience preferred. Med-Surg nurses may be cross-trained for night shifts.

Shift Differentials

• Night Shift: +$3.00/hour

• Weekend Days: +$3.00/hour

• Weekend Nights: +$7.00/hour
