• Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hr

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay Range: $32.00 – $48.00/hr (experience-based)

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) / $20,000 (Nights)

• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case

Role Overview

Join a leading hospital in Marion County as an ER RN in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment. Your clinical expertise, quick decision-making, and compassionate care will directly impact patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver critical care to patients with a range of emergency conditions.

• Triage, assess, and monitor patients efficiently.

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and safety standards.

• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up instructions.

• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience (ER, ICU, or PCU preferred).

• Active RN license (FL or Compact; FL license must be obtained within 60 days).

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.

• BLS (within 30 days), ACLS & PALS (within 90 days).

• ENPC, TNCC, and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certifications (within 6 months).
