Emergency Room Registered Nurse Free Standing ED

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $27.72 – $39.60/hour based on experience

• 5+ years: $33/hour

• 10+ years: $36.30/hour

• 15+ years: $39.60/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

• Shifts: Flexible schedules available

As an ER RN at our Free Standing Emergency Department, you will play a vital role in delivering acute care in a high-acuity, autonomous environment. You’ll be responsible for managing emergency cases, prioritizing patient safety, and maintaining a calm, efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and assess patients of all ages presenting with various medical emergencies

• Implement and adjust care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes

• Handle multiple cases and respond to emergencies with a sense of urgency

• Coordinate care across departments and with attending physicians

• Provide clear follow-up instructions and referrals to appropriate providers

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year recent acute care ER RN experience required

• Education: Associate Degree or RN Diploma required (BSN preferred)

• Licensure:

• Active RN license in Florida or multistate compact (must obtain FL license prior to start if not held)

• Certifications:

• BLS – Required before start

• ACLS & PALS – Required within 90 days of hire

• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – Required within 90 days of hire
