Job Title: Emergency Room Physician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Physician to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The physician will evaluate, stabilize, and manage patients with acute medical and traumatic conditions, ensuring timely and effective treatment while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat patients presenting with a wide range of acute medical, surgical, and traumatic conditions.
• Perform emergency procedures, resuscitations, and stabilize critically ill or injured patients.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests including labs, imaging, and EKGs.
• Collaborate with specialists, hospitalists, and other healthcare providers for patient care coordination.
• Provide timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, follow-up care, and preventive health measures.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and continuing education activities.
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in [State].
• Strong clinical and procedural skills in acute and emergency care.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
