Emergency Advanced Practice Provider - Olympia

Olympia Emergency Care Physicians (OECP) is a physician-led, democratic group providing the highest quality emergency care in the Pacific Northwest. We are looking for experienced Advanced Practice Providers (ARNP or PA-C) to join our group.

Minimum Experience Required:

Completion of an Emergency Medicine Fellowship or 2 years of Emergency Medicine Experience

OECP offers a competitive compensation package, plus benefits for full-time providers that includes:

Tiered compensation package base based on experience ($68.00-$88.00 hourly)

Eligible for quarterly patient experience/RVU performance bonus after 6 months

Located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, OECP staffs two MultiCare emergency departments, Capital Medical Center in Olympia, WA and an Off-Campus emergency department in Lacey, WA.  The city itself rests on the southern shores of the Puget Sound, between the Olympic and Cascade Mountain ranges.  This allows for easy access to skiing, hiking, boating, fishing, and a multitude of other outdoor activities.  Olympia is within a few hours of some of the world’s best wineries.

The group benefits from partnership with Tacoma Emergency Care Physicians, Spokane Emergency Care Physicians, and Washington Emergency Care Physicians, bringing over 5 decades of emergency medicine practice experience in the MultiCare Health System.
