Join Agilent's EMEA Marketing Communications (MarCom) team and work directly with skilled communication and marketing professionals. You'll gain practical, end‑to‑end exposure to how a modern Marketing Communications team operates across the region.

This role is particularly suited for students in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, or related fields who want to gain practical experience in content creation, campaign execution, social media, and marketing communications within a global B2B organization.

As an EMEA Marketing Communications Intern, you will be immersed in the day-to-day activities of the regional MarCom team, including:

Assisting in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the EMEA Marketing SharePoint site.

Supporting the creation and distribution of EMEA and IDO marketing newsletters.

Collaborating with the regional social media team to support organic content posting, develop special day content, and contribute to analytics and reporting.

Creating and refining visual assets—such as flyers, banners, and videos—to support events, campaigns, and digital marketing activities.

Providing broad project support across internal communications, marketing automation, third‑party media, multimedia production, and other MarCom disciplines.

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated students with a strong work ethic and the following background:

Currently studying towards an academic degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Studies, or related fields, ideally in your final 1-2 years.

Good understanding of marketing fundamentals and familiarity with the Microsoft Office package (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Full proficiency in English; proficiency in other European languages (German, Spanish, Italian, French) is considered a plus.

Experience with data analysis, and basic design/ video editing skills would be a nice plus.

Passion for digital innovation (including social media, emerging platforms), and curiosity for AI‑powered solutions and how they can enhance marketing workflows.

Personally, you are organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize and work independently. You bring excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with external and internal partners.

This is a full-time paid internship based in Barcelona/ Spain, starting in July 2026, running for 12 months. Interviews will take place during the February-March timeframe.

IMPORTANT: Internships at Agilent in Spain require a training agreement with your university for the entire duration of the internship. Please, check with your university´s internship/ careers office or faculty to confirm your eligibility through July 2027.
