Job Summary
As our new Delivery Excellence Manager, you will play a key role in driving the consistency, quality, and performance of delivery practices across the EMEA region.
You will contribute to achieving business objectives by ensuring high-quality outcomes, effective collaboration, and continuous improvement across delivery processes, reporting standards, and governance frameworks.
Purpose & Responsibilities
Delivery Standards & Governance
• Define and maintain delivery standards, frameworks, and tools (PMRQ)
• Ensure consistent adoption across Business Units and alignment with other regions
• Act as the regional reference for governance and delivery standards
Reporting & Operational Visibility
• Define reporting standards to ensure reliable and consistent project data
• Analyze trends to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Provide Delivery Directors with visibility on performance, compliance, and risks
Continuous Improvement & Transformation
• Identify and prioritize improvement initiatives across delivery practices
• Coordinate implementation of improvements across teams
• Leverage client feedback and data to drive continuous improvement
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Ensure alignment between Delivery, Sales, and Pursuit Management
• Support consistency across the end-to-end client engagement lifecycle
• Align delivery practices with broader business processes
Delivery Enablement & Accreditation
• Contribute to defining delivery standards and competency frameworks
• Support alignment of career paths and skill expectations across practices
• Ensure compliance with partner accreditation requirements (e.g. Atlassian)
Team Management
• Lead and develop your team, fostering a high-performance culture
• Set goals, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and team planning
Your Team & Partners
You will report to the Head of Delivery EMEA
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including:
• Delivery Directors
• Practice Directors
• Sales and Pursuit Management teams
• People & Culture and Finance teams
You will manage a team including Delivery Excellence Analyst(s) and collaborate closely with delivery and consulting teams across the region.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
• Brings strong experience in delivery management, governance, or consulting environments
• Demonstrates strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Is structured, analytical, and driven by performance and quality
• Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment
• Is proactive, adaptable, and collaborative
Additionally, you:
• Have experience working with delivery frameworks, project governance, or operational excellence
• Are comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and functions
• Have experience operating in complex, multi-country environments (EMEA is a strong plus)
Languages & Location
You are fluent in English.
Additional European language skills are a plus.
This role is based in Senegal and follows a flexible hybrid working model.
