＜ミッション＞

　製品の安全性・信頼性を確保し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献すること。特に、工業用内視鏡のような高精度機器においては、不具合の未然防止と現場での安定動作の保証が極めて重要です。

＜役割＞

工業用内視鏡製品のシステムテストに関する業務で、テストリーダーとして従事していただきます。

＜具体的な業務内容＞

　・テスト計画の策定

　・テストスケジュールの管理

　・テストリソースの管理（派遣社員、業務委託）

　・テスト設計・レビュー

　・不具合情報の管理

　・テスト実行の監督

　・品質評価と報告

　・テストプロセスの改善

＜チーム体制＞

業務委託メンバー、派遣社員メンバーが主で6～10名程度のチームとなります。
