Who we are? 

 

We are a team of frontend developers in Bosch, Serbia. We love good energy, technology, challenges, asking questions, working in an international environment, having fun. All in all, we love CODING and everything that goes around it. After we grew as a team but also as individuals by reading books, visiting conferences, different coding community meetups, we would like to give back by giving a chance to the young people to steer their career in the direction of web development. You will have a chance to work with very experienced teams, make mistakes and learn from them, but even more importantly to have a lot of fun while doing a great job. Why we need you? 

►    We want to empower Coding community by building up strong junior positions on the market

►    We need motivated and creative young people who would support us in delivering quality email templates to our customers

What you are going to learn:

After 3 months (together with support from experienced developers from the team): 

►    Meeting up with Bosch working processes 

►    Create first email templates and landing pages 

►    Attend all Scrum meetings 

►    Getting to know SAP system – Content Studio 

After 3 - 6 months (more independently): 

►    Learn more about email testing in various tools 

►    More complex email structures 

►    Creating reusable blocks for future email structures 

►    Actively attend all Scrum meetings and proposing better solutions in upcoming challenges 

After 12 months: 

►    Experience with using best practices in creating, executing and testing of email templates and landing pages 

►    Knowledge of JIRA and other Agile tools 

►    Learning different types of email templates 

►    Improving your English skills 

►    Experience in working in Scrum environment 

►    Preferably 3rd or 4th year of faculty or recently graduated 

►    Solid knowledge of HTML and CSS is a must 

►    Good attention to details 

►    Good organizational skills 

►    Excellent usage of English language is a must 

►    Team player with good communication skills 

Considered as a plus: 

►    Previous experience in a multicultural environment 

►    Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 

►    Previous coding projects (landing pages, single page website, forms etc.) 

►    Basic Bootstrap knowledge 

►    Experience with JavaScript
