Scope of the Role

The Email + SMS Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and on-time delivery of monthly email and SMS campaigns. You will act as the organizational backbone of the team—ensuring communication flows smoothly between strategists, designers, copywriters, and clients. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal team members to ensure all campaign assets are delivered on schedule
• Communicate directly with clients to collect needed assets, feedback, and approvals
• Take thorough notes during meetings and track all action items to completion
• Partner with strategists to ensure campaigns and flows align with client goals
• Work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor and report on campaign and flow progress, flagging delays or risks early
• Ensure all campaigns meet the company’s quality standards before delivery

Requirements:
Years of Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management (marketing or advertising industry preferred)

Background

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and work under pressure
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus

• Communication tools (e.g., Slack)
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Experience with email/SMS platforms is a bonus (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc.)
