Email Marketing Manager

We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager. As an Email Marketing Manager, you will have the freedom to shape and execute your strategies with the full support of our team. In this role, you will:
• Create, manage, and optimize automated email campaigns to increase revenue and customer engagement
• Monitor KPIs of the email marketing channel, and develop hypotheses to improve these metrics
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize key indicators
• Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for improvement
• Track email deliverability, manage domain reputation, and build a strong reputation on various ESPs (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail)
• Manage and optimize email marketing tools, with a primary focus on platforms like Amazon AWS, SendGrid and Mailgun
• Create engaging creative briefs for the design team, write compelling copy, and collaborate with designers to develop visually appealing content for email campaigns
• Research email marketing trends, generate ideas, and continuously test and experiment with different types of content

It’s all about you:
• At least 2 years of experience in email marketing
• Upper-intermediate English or higher
• Understanding of digital marketing and email fundamentals: CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA requirements
• Experience working with event-driven logic (triggers, schedules, real-time activities)
• Understanding the impact of email campaigns on product metrics: activation, retention, conversion, revenue
• Understanding deliverability at the level of:
•

- IP/domain reputation
- warm-up logic
- blacklists, postmasters

• Deep understanding of email marketing:

- segmentation, trigger and repeat campaigns
- limits, stop rules, deduplication

• Basic knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau
• Proven experience in A/B testing
• Strong skills in typesetting, design, and email composition
• Analytical and creative mindset
• Flexible and self-motivated with a continuous learning approach
• The Three E’s: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively and empathetically in a team environment

• Experience with HTML/CSS
• Experience with web push notifications
• Experience with AMP for Email and AI/ML logic for email distribution.
• Experience in building or refactoring CRM platforms
• Understanding anti-spam, validation flow, and compliance
