Email Marketing Internship (Client Experience Team)

NFQ.email is one of the leading email marketing service providers in Lithuania. We partner with Omnisend, a marketing automation platform used by over 2,000 national and international businesses. Our daily work includes strategy planning, content creation, sales, customer support, and e-commerce consulting.

With 15+ years of experience, we have worked with more than 500 businesses, including brands such as MemberShop.lt, Barbora.lt, Ermitazas.lt, Pegasas.lt, Audimas.lt, Makalius.lt, as well as many international companies.You will work alongside and learn from professionals with years of experience in email marketing.

Currently, we are looking for an Email Marketing Intern to join our Client Experience team. You will help Omnisend.lt clients solve their challenges, work with email marketing data, and see how email marketing and marketing automation work for some of Lithuania’s best-known e-commerce brands.

During this intership, you will :
• Help Omnisend clients solve their questions and work with responsible teams to get them resolved

• Communicate with e-commerce businesses which are interested in Omnisend marketing automation platform

• Explore email marketing and e-commerce data to understand how campaigns and automations actually perform

• Support clients in migrating their email marketing activities to Omnisend

• Contribute to Client Experience initiatives such as improving processes, creating educational content, and helping the team work smarter

What you will bring:
• Availability for a full-time internship (3 months)

• Curiosity and motivation to learn quickly in a fast-moving digital environment

• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative

• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working

• Analytical thinking and ability to draw insights from data

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in marketing, email marketing, or e-commerce

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English

Our recruitment process:

• Homework task - after the application deadline, we’ll send a short task to help us understand how you perceive the importance of email marketing and how you’d solve clients’ issues

• Interview - the candidates who stand out will be invited to a conversation with our team

• Offer - one candidate will receive an offer to join NFQ.email for a 3-month internship and kick-start their journey in email marketing
