Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Deliverability Specialist with deep expertise in managing high-volume email campaigns and ensuring maximum inbox placement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with email blast platforms and a strong understanding of sender reputation, spam avoidance, and deliverability best practices. This role is critical to executing reliable, efficient, and compliant email campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain email sending accounts, domains, and sender identities.
• Rotate sender emails and domains strategically to optimize inbox placement and avoid spam filters.
• Execute large-scale, high-volume email blasts reliably and on schedule.
• Monitor and analyze deliverability metrics, including bounce rates, spam complaints, and inbox placement.
• Identify and troubleshoot deliverability issues and maintain strong sender reputation.
• Create, edit, and optimize clean, responsive HTML email templates.
• Ensure email campaigns comply with best practices and platform requirements.
• Manage campaigns using platforms such as GoDaddy, Mad Mimi, Mailchimp, and similar tools.

Requirements:
• Proven experience managing high-volume email campaigns and SMTP systems.
• Strong knowledge of spam filters, inboxing strategies, domain reputation, and deliverability best practices.
• Hands-on experience building and modifying HTML email designs.
• Detail-oriented, fast, and highly reliable with strong execution skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive campaigns.
