Email Marketing Associate (Nigeria)

We are hiring an Email Marketing Associate to support the execution of email campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention. You will work closely with senior team members to assist in campaign planning, content creation, implementation, and performance tracking.

As an Email Marketing Associate, you will do the following:

• Create and execute email campaigns aligned with company goals.
• Grow, segment, and manage email lists for highly targeted campaigns.
• Proofread and format email content, ensuring responsiveness and mobile-friendly layouts.
• Enhance email templates with graphics, personalization, and advanced features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Analyze campaign data and report key performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Conduct A/B testing and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in email or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with email platforms like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Basic copywriting and content editing skills.
• Exposure to HTML, CMS, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
