Job Description:
The
Email Integration Coordinator is responsible for the daily set up, QA,
and deployment of outbound email campaigns for client's promotional
marketing programs.

The successful candidate will have
experience with ExactTarget, posess strong QA skills, knowledge of SQL,
and a proven record of launching error-free email campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Complete and QA campaign setups and email campaign launches without errors
Work closely with internal departments (Database Services, Business
Intelligence, Marketing, and Account Management groups) to execute
one-off and trigger based email campaigns
• Work closely with
engineers, marketing counterparts, and email vendor to ensure seamless
implementation of new feature developments, program enhancements and
initiatives
• Lead daily prelaunch calls with internal teams
• Manage daily launch calendar for all promotional marketing emails

Required Skills:
• Strong SQL knowledge
• HTML coding experience for email – minimum 2 years’ experience
• 2-4 years’ experience as a QA analyst
• Very strong knowledge and experience using a major third party Email Service Provider (e.g., ExactTarget)
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Dreamweaver
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience
• Experience with A/B testing for email
• Excellent time-management, organization, and project management skills, and strong attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively about marketing testing techniques and options
• Ability to quickly identify and address operational and process issues

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
