Job Title: Email Graphics Designer

Job Category: Full-time, remote setup

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time; 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time

Job Overview:

Do you have a passion for creating stunning graphics, custom images, and other similar creative assets? Do you have a talent for creating powerful and engaging graphic images from a marketing brief? If yes, you may be who we’re looking for.

We’re looking for a highly creative rockstar Email Graphics Designer for immediate deployment to a leading US-based digital marketing agency handling some of the most popular US brands today. You’ll be dealing with the rest of the email marketing team to get to know the clients’ products and services, as well as understanding their marketing goals. You’ll be tasked with conceptualizing custom graphics to be used in email campaigns, as well as creating templates for emails, newsletters, and other similar creatives.

This is a highly creative and challenging position with plenty of opportunities for growth within a fun and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conceptualize all needed graphic images and other graphic design creatives from the email briefs provided by the Email Marketing Strategist
• Create original custom graphic images for email purposes
• Create custom templates for newsletters and other email communications based on the clients’ branding identity and marketing goals
• Coordinate with the email copywriter and the rest of the creative team to conceptualize all needed graphic assets
• Implement all written copies from the email copywriter into custom-made templates as needed
• Research and source assets when needed
• Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders and suggest the creative direction of a campaign or project
• Formulate the creative direction of an email campaign as far as the needed graphics are concerned based on marketing briefs
• Act as custodian of all graphic assets of the company

Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of working experience in digital graphic design
• Experience using digital graphics design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
• Solid knowledge in synthesizing abstract ideas into relatable design concepts
• Ability to independently and responsibly do post-production of finished projects
• Working knowledge in HTML and CSS is preferred
• Able to work alone or with a team
• Positive attitude, high energy, and love for broadening his own skillset
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent English communication skills
