We are looking for dynamic and self-driven professionals to join our team as EM-DI – Control Software Engineers. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the automotive infotainment domain, with a strong understanding of end-to-end development processes.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong technical depth, and the ability to take ownership of challenges while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, globally collaborative environment.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Implement change requests related to Instrument Cluster features using the EB Guide toolchain
• Perform detailed requirements analysis and translate specifications into functional software components
• Develop, test, and validate application software to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Conduct development testing and debugging to maintain feature reliability and performance
• Prepare and maintain documentation for concepts, design, and code
• Participate in technical reviews and ensure adherence to defined development processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams while aligning with OEM development processes

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with EB Guide HMI tool (mandatory)
• Good understanding of Automotive Instrument Cluster features and system behavior
• Experience in application software development with strong debugging skills
• Proficiency in C, C++, and Python (preferred)
• Familiarity with configuration management and quality management tools (added advantage)
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective interpersonal and presentation abilities
• Experience working with global teams and understanding of OEM processes
• Proactive, highly motivated, and team-oriented mindset
