ELV & Security Systems Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Supervisor to lead the design, proposal, and implementation of integrated security and low-current systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in CCTV, Access Control (ACS), IPTV, MATV, Fire Alarm (FA), Public Address (PA), Intercom, Intrusion Detection, Parking Management, and Digital Signage systems. Your role will involve preparing technical offers, conducting site surveys, developing cost-effective solutions, and collaborating with sales teams to deliver high-quality security proposals. Key Responsibilities:

Technical Proposal & Solution Design:

· Prepare comprehensive technical offers, including introduction, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), solution description, drawings, and project timelines.

· Develop client quotations based on BOQ and specifications, ensuring accuracy before approval.

· Collaborate with the Sales Team to create optimal security solutions and provide technical support.

· Prepare technical/commercial proposals while maintaining proper documentation of contracts, pricing, and configurations.

Market & Client Engagement:

· Identify market trends and emerging security technologies to enhance business opportunities.

· Communicate with clients to understand requirements, revise proposals, and finalize pricing.

· Follow up with clients for feedback, negotiations, and deal closures.

Site Assessment & Implementation Support:

· Conduct site surveys to evaluate security needs and feasibility of proposed solutions.

· Work closely with engineering and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Education & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication Engineering, or a related field.

· 7-10 years of experience in low-current systems, including:

o CCTV & Video Surveillance

o Access Control Systems (ACS)

o Fire Alarm (FA) & Public Address (PA) Systems

o Intercom, Intrusion Detection, Parking Management

o IPTV, MATV, Digital Signage, Clock Systems

Technical & Soft Skills:

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web research.

· Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and security system layouts.

· Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.

· Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and cost estimation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):

· Certifications in CCTV, ACS, or physical security systems (e.g., PSP, CPO, PMP).

· Experience with security system integration (PSIM, VMS, BMS).

Knowledge of local regulations and standards (SIRA, NFPA, ISO 27001).
