• Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb, Wartung und Instandhaltung der zentralen elektrischen Anlagen sowie der technischen Gebäudeinfrastruktur (u. a. Elektro‑, Lüftungs‑ und Gebäudeleittechnik)
• Einhaltung aller Gesundheits‑, Sicherheits‑ und Umweltvorschriften sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Notfall‑ und Krisenplänen
• Planung, Steuerung und fachliche Überwachung von Bau‑ und Renovierungsprojekten inklusive Budget‑ und Kostenkontrolle
• Aufbau und Steuerung eines leistungsfähigen Netzwerks aus externen Dienstleistern und Auftragnehmern
• Erstellung und Pflege der technischen Standort‑, Anlagen‑ und Bestandsdokumentation
• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Energieeffizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Prozessen und Einrichtungen
• aktive Mitarbeit im standortübergreifenden Standort‑ und Facility‑Management‑Team
• reguläre Arbeitszeiten ohne Schicht‑ oder Wochenenddienste

• abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Elektrofachkraft oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
• Berufserfahrung in komplexen organisatorischen Umfeldern mit vielfältigen Stakeholdern
• fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in komplexen Vorhaben
• ausgeprägte Team‑ und Zielorientierung
• Hands‑on‑Mentalität mit pragmatischem „Can‑do“-Ansatz
• sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
• Führerschein Klasse B
