Compensation & Incentives
• Hourly Pay: $27.00 – $36.00 (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case (up to $5,000)
We are hiring a full-time Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) to support the cardiology team during advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures. This is a day shift role with rotating weekends. The position plays a vital part in EP lab operations, including ablations, pacemaker and ICD implants, and other therapeutic cardiac procedures.

Responsibilities
• Prepare, calibrate, and operate EP lab equipment during procedures
• Assist electrophysiologists during ablations, pacemaker/ICD implantations, and other EP interventions
• Monitor ECGs and patient vitals, and provide immediate feedback to the team
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation and patient records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, hospital protocols, and inventory control
• Support patient education, procedural planning, and post-procedure care
• Collaborate with cardiology teams to optimize procedural outcomes and patient experience
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience as an EP Technologist
• Associate Degree required
• One of the following credentials is required:
• RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist)
• ARRT (Registered Radiologic Technologist) with valid Florida license
• BLS certification (AHA) – Required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS certification (AHA) – Required within 90 days of hire
