Hourly Pay: $27.00 – $36.00 (based on experience)

About the Role
We are hiring an experienced and motivated Electrophysiology Technologist (EP Tech) to join our advanced cardiology team. In this role, you will support the execution of complex EP procedures and device implants, ensuring accurate diagnostics and safe, high-quality patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a leading cardiovascular program that emphasizes collaboration, precision, and patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, operate, and maintain EP lab equipment for diagnostic and interventional electrophysiology procedures
• Assist physicians during ablations, pacemaker/ICD implants, EP studies, and advanced mapping procedures
• Monitor ECG, hemodynamics, and patient vitals throughout procedures
• Accurately document procedural data, measurements, and device information
• Maintain sterile field and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
• Provide patient education before and after procedures; support workflow efficiency and room turnover
• Collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, device reps, and cardiovascular team members to ensure optimal patient care
Required:
• Associate degree or equivalent in Cardiovascular Technology, Electrophysiology, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in an EP Lab, Cath Lab, or Cardiac Procedural environment
• Proficiency with ECG interpretation, cardiac rhythms, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain within defined timeframe)
Strongly Preferred:
• RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) or RCIS certification
• Experience with 3D mapping systems (e.g., CARTO, EnSite, Rhythmia)
• Experience assisting with ablations, device implants, and EP studies
• Knowledge of EP catheters, sheaths, programmable stimulators, and intracardiac mapping
• Familiarity with sterile technique and EP lab workflow
