A top Los Angeles law firm is seeking a Patent Agent or Technical Specialist with 1-3 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience to join the Intellectual Property Department in our Los Angeles office. We are seeking an individual with immediately transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent written and oral communication skills. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is required. The ideal candidate will have major law firm and/or industry experience, and will have worked with one or more of the following: communications systems and networks, wireless systems, optical systems, Internet technologies. Admission before the USPTO is preferred but not required.
