Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Electronic Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in LED lighting (preferable not a must),  and electronics, with the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

•              Prepare product selections, datasheets, and submittal drawings for projects.

•              Assist in LED and driver selection based on project requirements.

•              Develop and maintain electrical drawings for LED fixtures in production.

•              Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for new products.

•              Conduct market research to stay updated on the latest LED  technologies, LED drivers, and control protocols. 

•              Identify and select optimal accessories to enhance production and installation processes.

•              Create and update datasheets and installation manuals for custom-made products.

•              Perform testing on products, including photometric, electrical, safety, and heat assessments.

•              Supervise sample assembly to ensure compliance with design specifications.

•              Manage and upload product data to the company’s website database.

•              Design custom LED PCBs based on project specifications.

•              Ensure compliance with industry standards and norms across all projects and designs.

•              Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues within the production process.

•              Conduct site visits to assess and resolve client concerns or technical issues.

•              Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

•              Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electro-mechanical or a related field.

•              Proven experience in LED lighting, electronic components, or a similar industry.

•              Knowledge of LED drivers, control protocols, and electrical circuits.

•              Proficiency in AutoCAD (Autocad is a must), SolidWorks, or other relevant design software is a plus.

•              Ability to perform technical troubleshooting and problem-solving on-site and in production.

•              Strong communication to support client needs and product presentations.

•              Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
