DUTIES INCLUDE:
Assemble instruments per manual.
Follow schematics and wire all instruments accordingly.
Calibration of equipment based off of industry standards and requirements
Quality Control of Instrumentation
Prepare instruments for shipping to clients.
Carry out instrument repairs.
Maintain required records of production and reports any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Keen attention to detail and organization.
Excels in critical thinking, dexterity, spatial reasoning, problem-solving, multi-tasking, troubleshooting, and Self-Management.
Experience in Soldering and Reading Wire Schematics
Experience in Mechanical Assembly
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Associates Degree
Preferred to have taken courses such as Digital Electronics, AC Theory, Micro Controllers, etc.
Preferred 4-7 years in related experience.
Knowledge of Nanovea metrology instruments and their use in Materials Testing is a plus.
