Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to assemble, wire, test, and inspect electro-mechanical components and sub-assemblies. This role involves working from schematics, blueprints, and work instructions to build high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Work Schedule Options:
A-Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch (40 hours)
B–Monday through Thursday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Friday off
C–Tuesday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 1 hour lunch OR 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 30-minute lunch (40 hours) – Monday off

Responsibilities::
• Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and systems according to drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and fixtures
• Wire components including connectors, cables, harnesses, and terminals
• Solder components (through-hole and/or surface mount, depending on role)
• Perform basic testing, troubleshooting, and inspection of assemblies
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or process issues
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures at all times
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
