Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Electrical Test Engineer (all genders) to join our team. In this role you develop test infrastructure, test benches and test setups for electrical hardware up to 1,5kV DC. You define test strategies, execute validation campaigns and make sure our electrical components and systems meet the highest standards.
• You derive test and validation procedures from requirements for electrical LV DC + HV DC components.
• You plan, expand and develop our electrical test infrastructure.
• You take responsibility for these activities as project owner.
• You design test setups and create electrical wiring diagrams for test benches.
• You create verification and test plans as well as detailed specifications.
• You select and integrate suitable measurement technology.
• You plan and execute tests on test benches (internal and external).
• You analyze and assess test results together with internal teams and prepare documentation.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Initial professional experience in plant engineering or electrical engineering
• Basic skills in creating electrical circuit diagrams, preferably using EPLAN
• Authorization to work on high‑voltage systems up to 1.5 kV DC
• Hands‑on experience in testing or evaluating electrical components (e.g., in a lab or test bench environment)
• Basic familiarity with JAMA or similar requirements management tools
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
