Electrical Tech (Assembler)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician (Assembler) to join our team in Crofton, MD.

This is a 6 month contract-to-permanent hire opportunity supporting the assembly, wiring, and testing of electrical and electronic components in a production or light industrial environment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, reading schematics, and contributing to the build of high-quality systems and equipment.

1st shift - 9am to 5:30pm (30 min lunch)

Must be able to pass background check

Responsibilities:
• Assemble electrical and mechanical components using hand and power tools

• Perform wiring, soldering, and cable assembly based on schematics and diagrams

• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and basic repairs on assembled units

• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:
• Prior experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or technician roles

• Ability to read electrical schematics and use basic testing equipment (multimeter, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
