• Lead end-to-end project management of ELV scopes within data center construction or upgrade projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Prepare project documentation including progress reports, method statements, risk assessments, and handover packages.
• Oversee design reviews, system integration, and compliance for all ELV systems (BMS, CCTV, ACS, FAS, PA, structured cabling, monitoring systems).
• Ensure adherence to international and local data center standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute, ISO/IEC standards).
• Evaluate technical submissions, shop drawings, and engineering designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site during installation and commissioning.
• Ensure all ELV installations meet regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and acceptance tests (FAT, SAT, IST).
• Lead risk assessments and enforce compliance with HSE policies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ELV-related project matters.
• Manage client expectations and provide technical guidance throughout project phases.
• Liaise with procurement teams for vendor evaluation, material selection, and technical approvals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 - 8 years of experience in ELV project management, preferably within data center, critical infrastructure, or industrial environments.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale ELV installations and system integrations.
