Salary: $100,000 - 130,000/year plus bonus.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial electrical work. The ideal candidate began their career as an electrician and has progressed into project management, bringing deep field knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to successfully deliver complex electrical construction projects.
This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of commercial electrical projects—from pre-construction through closeout—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously from kickoff to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Coordinate with general contractors, owners, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead and support field teams, including foremen and electricians
• Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, codes, and regulations
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Track and control project costs, change orders, and billing
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and field alignment
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a commercial electrician (Journeyman or higher preferred)
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial electrical construction
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
